Cockston Mountaineers Club

There is Cockston, a small village somewhere in the UK. They used to have a mountain, Mount Cockston, but now it is gone. Some say it was never even there. But Cockston Mountaineers Club, led by Roy, avidly believes in the return of the mountain. Meanwhile, they train and prepare themselves for the Big Day. Evie, Roy's daughter, struggles with the expectations placed on her as the heir to the legacy. She does not quite know herself whether she really believes in the mountain, but, of course, she would never say that out loud. Unless, maybe, to Iris, a rebellious young woman, who seems inclined to challenge and tease Evie at every step. There are robot dogs, an alarm (triggered by the mountain's return?), and the Museum of the Mountain. Evie has to figure out what she wants and who she is, and she also has to speak to her dad, with whom they have not had a normal conversation since her mother left.
